Susan has had an extraordinary life, worked as a PA to Sir John Betjeman, cooked for Brigitte Bardot’s ex in St. Moritz and owned an award winning hotel. Working alongside lecturers, she has travelled to Zanzibar, Rockies Wildlife Tours and Tigers Tours in India. She is very enthusiastic and will be entertaining and informative. Running Fawlty Towers and Cooking for the rich and famous. A light-hearted look at what goes on behind the scenes while running hotels and observing the rich ‘up close’.
