Please complete the application form that can be found here, sign it and return it to the Membership Secretary.
There is a Gift Aid Declaration on the second page of the form so if you are a UK tax payer, please consider completing that page so that the charity can claim back 25% of your subscription at no extra cost to you. Please read the Gift Aid section below.
2026 Membership Renewals
Renewal forms are sent towards the end of February each year to all those who were members as at 30th November the previous year providing that membership hasn’t lapsed since that date.
Please review the information provided on the form, amending if necessary, complete and send the signed form to the Membership Secretary at the address on the form.
Gift Aid
Gift Aid is tax relief that lets your charity claim an extra 25p for every pound you give.
There are a few rules around Gift Aid that HMRC require you to abide by.
The subscriptions/donations must be your own money.
Whether you pay by Bank Transfer or Credit/Debit Card or Paypal, the bank account behind the card MUST be in your name, or if you are paying for 2 memberships, it must be a joint account. You must be paying with your own money in order for us to claim Gift Aid
You are a UK Tax payer and understand that if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains tax than the amount claimed on your subscriptions/donations, it is your responsibility to pay the difference to HMRC. Find out more about Gift Aid
