We are a self help group. If someone has a problem another member who can answer the question or suggest a line of enquiry of a website not tried.

As a member new to Family History Research , you will receive all the help you need to get started.

We share our highs, lows, our heroes and villains and try to break down brick walls.

Of course along with family history, go social and local history. as we call it in family history circles, putting flesh on the bones and thinking where and how did our ancestors live.

Was your female relative a suffragette or even a VAD in WW2?

It is good to add information to the births, deaths & marriages and bring our ancestors to life.
